SONIC 3: BOXART EDITION (U.S.A)

This mod changes the original designs of the characters into the ones you see in the good old american genesis boxarts, specifically the one from Sonic 3, this one was drawn by Greg Martin, some dislike his art, some love it... anyway, our team is doing its best to complete this mod! ....also we may release a Romhack if everything is good with the sprites
