[UPDATE! v1.1] Super Sonic as God Intended

Created directly at the request of Tanner himself, "Super Sonic as God Intended" brings TannerTH25's Super Sonic sprites into Sonic 3 A.I.R., with a couple of extra sprites created by me to fill in the gaps.

- Added support for Spring Twirl by Dynamic Lemons
- Added support for Falling Sprites For All by iCloudius
- Added a new palette for Hyper Sonic
- Changed the flume sprite to use the "Falling/Sliding" sprites instead of the hurt sprites
- Updated the Classic Rotation Sprites to new ones made by Tanner
KNOWN ISSUES:
- Icons don't show in the mod loader menu despite both files existing, currently have no idea what causes this.

A note for moderators and for those who are wondering "Wasn't a mod just like this already posted to the forums recently?": Yes. There was. However, Tanner prefers his friends or people he can 100% trust to work on mods of his sprites for him because he prefers to be directly involved with their creation. The previous mod on the forums was already taken down at request of Tanner and myself. Tanner would also like me to mention that he will not be adding sprites that people request and/or force him to make.
