So as you may have heard. I was banned from the Sonic 3 AIR Discord a while back. And I've been thinking for quite a while on the experience I've had on there. And I'm sad to say... This place isn't really for me. And I shouldn't have joined the 3 AIR community at all knowing what happens here. But there is a few things I would like to talk about before I leave.
Also. Side note. I will try to keep everyone I talk about Anon. As I don't want to cause too much trouble. If a staff member needs to know more. Please send a DM on Discord.
1. From my viewpoint. There was some people here who were ableist around me.
Now I CANNOT confirm if these people were really ableist or not. As I do not know if they have something as well. But for me. I have said multiple times on the Discord that I have Autism. Mostly so I can crack a joke that only someone with said disability can say. But I had a couple of encounters with people (either purpousfully or jokingly) say things to me that normally isnt allowed. Which a lot of times it's an issue
One user has actually posted a meme of them basicly posting a meme of someone asking "why cant you be normal?" And pointed it at me. But they did catch themself after a bit and apoligized. But that should have been a warning bell as no staff member helped out with the situation. And thus. I was extremely hurt for a while.
2. The kicks/Ban were NOT explained fully. As I got no reasoning for when they happened
I've also noticed that yes. Before the ban was dropped. I was causing a ton of issues. And I should have acted more mature (or stayed off discord for a while.) But I wasn't giving any kind of notification on why the kick/ban was called. I just see that the 3 AIR server is gone from my lists. In fact, when I got my second kick from the discord. I got no explanation at all for what happened when I re-joined. All I remember that I said something a bit rude as a joke to a staff member the day before (which I have said stuff like that before and it was fine). And I found out I was kicked afterwards.
So that's why I'm leaving. Before I leave. I would like to have my Double Jump Mod REMOVED from the mod releases page. Which I will no longer work on. Goodbye.
