Looks really cool, I'd be neat if you added Flying space debris for Death Egg Zone during act 2 and Doomsday zone, ya know the occasional satellite chunk, a few metal bits here and there, maybe a rocket wing, all that fancy stuff

I think this is a really neat mod! My only gripe is more of a nitpick of personal preference, and can be entirely ignored, but I just sorta dislike the darkness filter that gets activated with the weather, and I wish it could be turned on or off seperately (maybe not per-level like the weather itself, but at most select which weather types DO give the darkness effect, just to keep the scrollbar from getting any longer lol)
Regardless of my dumb nitpick, however, I give this mod a Wet Socks / 10 (that's good in this case)

My bad Also i discoverd 2 bugs when i activate both eggmans revenge and the weather mod When eggmans revenge is above the weather mod, wheni defeat the mhz act 2 boss it causes infinite lighting strikes to happen But when eggmans revenge is below the weather mod... This happens (dunno how to explain it)

Also the infinite lightning strikes are caused by the HUD timer freezing, like when there's a cutscene playing (should be fixed in 2.4 with an internal timer)

it could be cool if there was a fog/cloudy weather. It could be used for places like, idk, launch base zone or something? Maybe both snow and rain at the same time cause that's apparently a thing.

Fog is coming in 2.4 already, you can get cloudy by turning on Color Palettes ignore Rain (they appear without rain)

alright so i'm back with another suggestion solely because of something that probably only annoys me and nobody else I personally don't want every act of a zone to have weather, yknow? kinda have a transition n whatnot.
The problem is when, for example, I have LBZ1 with no weather, then LBZ2 with rain, there's no smooth transition, just suddenly *POOF* rain. Would it be possible in some future update (not nessecarily 2.4 since you seem to have alot of plans for that already and I dont wanna add more to that plate) to just sorta have the rain start falling from the top of the screen instead of magically appearing?
sorry to keep returning with random tidbits but I like what this mod has going so far so I just cant help myself XP

There is still sprites & code for it in the files, it's just commented out.

i think you might have a lot on your plate to add to this mod already, but being able to use our own sfx for rain, wind, thunderclaps, etc. would be nice
