This changes Carnival Night Zone into happening during daytime, and if you have Vinnygar's Title Card Elements sprite mod support, the zone name gets changed to Carnival Jam Zone. Features: Custom palette, like always Custom zone art & BMP sprites to allow details like clouds MGZ transition disabled* Changes flash palettes too! *This is done through copying the main palette, and does not actually disable it. Place mods that change MGZ's palette ON TOP of Carnival Jam Zone.

Updated! Clouds don't look terrible now, and are replaced by LBZ clouds, using some code borrowed from my other mod, WeatherMod.

I think you should replace the misaligned LBZ clouds with fixed versions. They look pretty weird currently.

Is this compatible with your Weather Mod?
If so, should it go above or below it?
