Megamix v5.0a Hud

Adds in the Hud from Sonic Megamix v5.0a, but adjusted to use colors from S3k.
Originally included in a Megamix Characters mod, but separated into a different mod. (Character mod coming whenever I finish it. Don't ask about release dates.)
Notes:
General:
1. Underline colors will not match up with the player colors, as all of the assets are PNGs. This is to match with the rest of the Hud.
2. Spacing between letters may not be perfect, as S3K's results text code is kind of a giant mess, and I don't feel like recoding the entire system, atm.
3. The Special Stage results don't have the bigger underline, same reason as above.
4. Boss encounter card may be added in the future.
Auto Config:
1. This system will not work perfectly for every character, as I simply cannot account for literally every character mod that exists.
2. Auto Config Life icons will break when the game fades in/out. This is a bug with 3 A.I.R.'s "viewport" system, and has been since v21.09.28.0. As of writing this, this is not fixed in the latest test build (v24.01.07.0).
- This also affects competition mode when you pause in any version where the pause menu has an options button, have fun with that information!
- Due to how viewports work, the life icon may also mess up other fixes
3. As mentioned in the Change Log, Auto Config is only for Extra Slots. Compatibility will need to be done manually for character mods that replace the base cast.

- A cropped version of the life icon will be used
- Recoded results underlines and adjusted pivots for right sprite
