Spring Twirl & Falling Sprites for All not working properly

Spring Twirl is just the sonic 1 spring anim and falling anim is also broken. I'm playing on v23.11.18.0 and my mod order is

HIGH PIORITY

Fluid Sonic 3 Animations
Origins Parity Galore
Fully Smooth Rotation
Smooth Mania Dusts
Dedicated Drop Dash Button
Fluid/Smooth S3 Rings
Falling Sprites for All
Spring Twirl

LOW PIORITY
