Help to make S2 absolute mod work pls

So i wanna play sonic 2 absolute with mods and after installing them and turn them on, i don't remmber what is says i think it's stuff about script parsing or smth but i can' t play. i first thought it was cuz i was installing them the same way i do with S3 AIR but after reachers i found out i was doing right. sSo any help?
