Sonic superstars styled falling sprites and spring twirl

I got Sonic superstars for my birthday and have almost finished the game. But when playing it they do these little falling sprites/ spring twirl with specific checks like standing still on a crumbling surface. Can someone get these animations and replace Sonics, Tails, Knuckles, and Amys with these ones?
