You can unfreeze yourself in Ice cap

Basically, in Sonic mania press garden Act 2, if you are frozen, just click the jump button/key several times to unfreeze yourself, unlike Sonic 3 where you are forced to take damage after The freezes, Ice cap zone redesigned did this but now the mod is unavailable and I wanted this to be as a separate mod.
