After many years S3&K finally got a remaster on Sonic Origins as well as Sonic 1, 2 and CD on mobile. Do you think that like other classic Sonic games, is there any chance of a S3&K remaster coming out?

I honestly doubt it. The RSDKv4 conversions probably weren't very successful because the mobile market perfers zero-effort distractions that have very simple gameplay and are just glorified ad boards and casinos with free entry, while the RSDKv4 conversions used cost money up front until they made an ad supported version and as such don't make as much money for the shareholders.
With that said, Sonic Team does have a conversion of S3&K now which they could release if they really wanted to. Just remove the other stuff from Origins and have it immediately boot into S3&K. Considering that the Hedgehog Engine has Switch support (thus ARM compatibility) and PS4/5 support (thus at least partial UNIX compatibility), it might not be too big of an undertaking to port it to mobile devices.

S3&K should get a mobile port but for now s3air is the definitive way to play it on mobile until then.

honestly? I doubt it. Sega wants people to buy origins, and so making a S3&K port for mobile would sorta take away that "S3&K REMAKE!!!" branding of origins.

That is probably why there is never going to be a S3&K port on mobile since SEGA wants to keep making money off of the “S3&K” on origins, and that sucks. *sigh* |

I personally feel it's really probable.
Knowing that the mobile market it's really big, and that most of the fans don't have enough money to but Origins, they could just make a port of S3&K with tons of ads and a no ads version (probably would cost between 3$-4$ dolars), similar like what they did with the port of S1,2 and CD.
