How to post something on the mod releases? It says that I can't post a thread.

They're really strict about quality control and manually approve each submission. If you want a mod in releases, you'll need to instead post it in Mod Submissions. Just a heads up that the approval process can take a long time (it took two days for my most recent mod to get accepted).

You have to first post in Mod Submissions. If they approve it, it'll get sent to Mod Releases. If not, then they give you a DM (?) stating why the submission was denied.
