Sonic Rush HUD + Monitors

Changes from V3 to V3.5:

Added compatability for the non-ES versions of Mighty, Ray, Shadow, Fang/Nack and Metal

Added life icons for 3D2D Glitches

Added Super Sonic life icon (with two options!)

Thank you Michael7 for adding these in, I'm sure people will appreciate your work!

Do you like Rush's HUD? Yes? Well, you're in luck!

This mod removes the Score HUD, as well as repositions the Time and Score to be accurate to Sonic Rush! This is compatible with HUD mods, as the ring and time icons are rendered separately from the Results HUD, meaning anything will appear there!

I've been messing with the files and I tried to make something for the Monitors Plus monitors. I don't have the sprites on me, though. I've also been trying to make the results sprites (time bonus, total, all that stuff) fit with the level results from Rush.
