Sonic Heroes and Sonic Jam (Game.com).
Jam is trying to be a Sonic game, while running on a 4-bit, black and white handheld system, and so it terribly under delivers in all aspects (graphics, music and gameplay).
While Sonic Heroes is a game released 6 years later on much more powerful systems, however it still manages to be a disaster on all fronts, doing all the things SA2 did wrong, but way worse.

I dont really have anything to say for spinball other than its "ok" at best
Forces was just a dissapointment

Sonic Free Riders because it's literally unplayable. Probably could have been the best in the series if they didn't force the game to have shitty motion controls with the less than accurate Kinect.

It's fantastic how the answer to this question varies wildly from person to person. "Sonic Blast!" "Sonic Forces!" "Labyrinth!" "Sonic 4!" "Free Riders!" "Secret Rings!" "Sonic '06!" "Shadow the Hedgehog!"
I say it's fantastic, but also pretty crappy. It shows how many grave blunders Sonic Team has done over the years.

Sonic Jam on the Game.com is easily the worst. Everything here is done wrong from the sound to the gameplay to the graphics. But for a far more unpopular opinion…
Sonic 2 on the Master System and Game Gear is just unbearable in my opinion. There’s just something very odd about it. I’d say it’s immediately based when you hear Green Hills Zone’s music (also, Green Hills? It’s the second goddamn game in the series, Sega! You’re already running out of ideas?) but unfortunately the level design kind of kills it for me. Also, I hate the paragliding controls. I even enjoyed Sonic Blast more than this game!
I find every other Sonic game to be decent and I haven’t really played any of the worst Sonic games, but I saw my brother enjoy Sonic Heroes and Sonic and the Black Knight back when I was far younger. However, there’s one I ironically enjoy though, and that one is Sonic 4. It’s a childhood game of mine that without a doubt is bad, but after playing it again, it was just hilarious at how hard this tried to be a classic Sonic revival. I also have a kind of soft spot for this game, seeing how I grew up with it unfortunately.
