Who would I contact to be unbanned from the Discord server?

I've been banned for a few years now because of posting innoapropriate memes in the off-topic channel, and I've wanted to come back for a while now because... well, I've changed from then, but I don't know who to contact, or where to go to be unbanned. If anyone knows, or if anyone here is a moderator in the Discord server and can unban me, please help me! Or at least, please direct me to the right place to appeal.
