Reimu Rei-mu'd

This includes two mods;
Credits - Reimu Rei-mu'd
{V2 CHANGELOG}- Fixed some music-based issues (mainly with fading)
- Added one new palette to both mods ("Lookin' Cool" and "Genesis Accurate (Alt)"
- Updated Shaded's palette
Fixed rendering issues
Added 4 new songs from the Persona series when the "Lookin' Cool" palette is used
- Added spritesheets for palettes that use eye colours and for "Lookin' Cool"
- Added a custom Main Menu background and song for "Lookin' Cool" (with help from FancyDoggy)
- Added a unique sprite for Reimu being paired with Tails
-Updated support with ESU Character Select Menu
