Changes Dr. Eggman's glasses color back to blue, just like it was in Sonic 1 and Sonic CD.
He also laughs when a playable character gets hit, like every other major 2D Sonic game! Thank you DaKingofCheckerz for the scripting help necessary for this!

Why (the mod exists)?
The same main reason of my other S3AIR mods. To give some parity to S3K/S3AIR to stuff implemented on S1/SCD/S2/S3Complete. Being an easy tool to edit Dr. Eggman sprites was a nice by-product (mostly related to when the mod was released originally)
Can i use the mod as a base for mine? Or use it's scripts even if partially?

Why there isn't a "blue-sphere.png"?
You won't get a nice fade out out of the box unless you use the game's palette
Why the Doctor colours don't look right for me?
You probably have an mod that is using the same palette the Doctor uses on this one. Change the sprites type to "Component" in the mod's options (This option might sacrifice some color accuracy, but i guess that's your objective at this point.)
The replacement mod I'm using is missing some sprites, why?
It was created before the later features "Blue Glasses" were implemented, you can toggle the new stuff in the mod's options.
Why is the Doctor running backwards with the continue screen, with the replacement mod I downloaded?
The mod was developed with an very old version in mind, toggle "Continue Legacy Mode" to fix this.
I found a bug, can you fix it?
It's not a sure thing, but i will try. The more information you can provide to replicate the bug, the more likely the bug will be fixed.
